adhd is a spectrum. you have adhd. and it‘s totally normal that not you do not have the hyperactive type of adhd. it‘s btw common for women. everyone expresses the symptoms of adhd different

Kinda thinking I might have it, for reference I have been diagnosed by multiple health professionals of having ASD and ADHD, but I fit very loosely in those spectrums. I’m just wondering if it would be worth it to seek a bit of guidance from my psychiatrist to look into if I possibly have this. I under that I look a little attention seeking and I’m really sorry for that. But if anyone has anytime in there day, I just kinda need another opinion to see if it would be worth looking into

Add is an outdated term, it’s just adhd without hyperactivity, theres three types now, hyperactive adhd, inattentive adhd, and mixed type. But you can just say you have adhd cause they all fit under that umbrella ❤️hope this helps

I don‘t even feel addressed when people talk abt ADHD. It feels like ADHD is a completely different disorder even tho the only difference is the hyperactivity.
