I totally disagree with this. My phone is there for my love ones emergencies especially. If you kids, family, friends or emergency evacuation hospital, alarms , etv needs to reach you then what.????

Facts! I refuse to use my phone till 1 hour after my brain has woken up. I don’t need it immediately. I need my morning brain waves instead. I’ve done this and it’s calmed my nervous system so much!
