My lagree studio charges $50 to no show and you don’t get the credit back. $35 to late cancel and no credit back. I literally cannot justify late cancel or no show prices lol

I’m going to guess you teach Pilates. It’s because you have to book a week or two in advance, to get a spot, and I don’t know my schedule then, or I get busy, and I can’t always make it.

Sometimes I wake up just like not in the mood which isn’t an excuse BUT I always call early to let them know so somebody else can take my spot! Normalize letting the studio know you’re not coming!

I am a fitness instructor and student as well. I will book a class with an intention going, but they need a sub I will cancel the class , so I can go sub. For me it’s money and I get to practice

this is niche but as a type 1 diabetic, sometimes late in the day i get low blood sugar right before class. shaking and weak is not a way to show up to class

My work is crazy / stressful and I’ll get last minute stuck there and can’t make it 😔 I once had to stay with a client until 2am without notice lol so yes I missed my class even late
