I had to upgrade my GPU, turns out I needed a new power supply, and for that I needed a new motherboard, and this epic second hand seller sold me half a pc for it so I could switch out my own stuff it was such a good upgrade T-T only 200 euros

you can mix and match psu cables, even between brands, but since they are very rarely compatible, you shouldn't do it as a rule
