My hospital is telling us we may not get our pitiful raise until September because they are is some sort of financial situation currently so we on hold for buying things to help us to take care of the patients

True story I literally picked up 2 jobs 😳 and that’s just to pay student loans and bills. And I can’t stand when people say we make a lot of money. I know other nurses in the same position 🥹

Absolutely true! If u belong to a Union, chances are the Union is in cohorts with hospitals! They are not in it for the Nurses!
