I am a former GM and Delphi executive (Delphi is comprised of all the former GM parts divisions such as Delco Electronics). This OE part if I understand clearly your application was used all the way until 2014. So it may not have been from China on THAT vehicle as produced but highly likely by 2014. Also Delphi had more manufacturing in China than any other OE auto parts supplier 20 years ago! Also note Delphi hasn’t had US based manufacturing for a couple of decades.

All electrical 95% GM Ford or Chrysler from 2000s is most likely from China Guangdong China; some from Korea

they did not make those over the past 100 days. Hopefully in the future parts will be made is Taiwan or somewhere other than China if not the US. how hard would it be to build a factory to manufacture strollers or car seats?

Manufactures are only required to have parts for a vehicle for ten years not longer after that if they make more it’s from china

I sorry but GM is not Quality, They are overpriced and the engineering is inferior. They have major problems with there powertrains and quality of there parts. The cost of maintenance is high

What's the issue you guys are having with it? I have a 2010 Tahoe that loses rpm's when you turn it on after it warms up, still runs with no rpms but stutters, the crank counter is fine,truck runs
