The only reason why I say NTA strictly because it wasn't for malicious reasons. She probably didn't know you can have your own profile on the Switch and that the only account on the BF switch is his profile. Sounds like a complete accident. I will say that is a slight overreaction but that's just me. If it was malicious, then that's a whole different story.

it's also not easy to delete the save file for animal crossing, she intentionally deleted it. because you have to go into your settings and delete the save file. you don't get an "option" in the actual game to start a new island unless you delete the save file.

i honestly wouldve cried if i was him. that is so much time and effort. i have like 200+ into my ACNH and if my partner deleted it, id have a meltdown let alone 700+
