because our entire childhood we're told to be quiet sit down or thoughts don't matter just do what ur told or you'll be in trouble when u try to do ur own thing adults yell at u to not do it ur way and to do it their way and to ask permission to even use the bathroom that's why we can't follow through on our own thoughts just what others think we should do
