The thing about love is that conflict is inevitable.. friends, family and most of all this regards to your person. I think we often get too wrapped up in this notion that we can ignore or wait out conflict. Hoping it’ll all subside somehow - that by some chance we’re sparing the other person by letting it go as the issue ultimately tears you apart. Love is this beautiful precious thing that pleads for vulnerability, for the rare tinder moments to emerge. Yes… it’s about the sweet dates, gifts & late night call racking up hours on the phone - but it truly boils down to the “stay”. The endless forgivenesses and countless times of doing so despite not want to.
