Also, they cheap ones will most likely damage your records. No point in upgrading later if by the time you get a better turntable your records are damaged. Just get a quality one from the get go.

The biggest issue isn’t even the sound quality, it’s that cheaper record players damage your records, especially the suitcase players!! 100% we all start somewhere, but especially when I’m buying vintage second-hand records, I want to take care of them and preserve them. I FINALLY upgraded to audio technica w/ a speaker system and it’s the best choice I ever made. I don’t feel guilty listening to my records anymore 🙏🏻😩

I have a suitcase one rn and honestly I’ve been using it but not 24/7 I’m waiting til I get a better one to start using it more cos those vinyls are so expensive😭
