(im not autistic or autism) i had a meltdown bcz my family wont stop asking me to share my food or when someone provokes me and i had a meltdown bcz my salad didn't taste right or when my siblings takes MY THINGS mine and i don't like it i had a meltdown bcz. y clothes didn't feel right i had a meltdown bcz my sister knows im a part of lgbtq+(pan nonbinary) and she won't stop provoking me and my family is Muslim so she will say"oh ill tell mom that ur apart of lgbtq+"I HAD A MELTDOWN IN FRONT OF THEM and i almost had a melt down bcz my mom won't stop forcing me to go on the couch while i was comfortable on the floor and i almost had a meltdown and i cant control it i want to say something but i freeze and go mute and go confused i don't like it i stim so much i pace up amd down my sister says stop but i keep going bcz i can't control it i was happy

This happens to me, I don’t know if I have adhd or autism. I’ve thought it’s adhd but I’ve been seeing a lot of rare symptoms of autism that can apply to me but I don’t want to self diagnose, could it be audhd?

I get like this too I end up with bruises sometimes. I was anticipating a phone call appointment the other day and had so much panic my heart rate went up to 140 and I was crying. Sometimes I wish people could look indide my head and see these moments

I’m 21 and don’t have meltdowns often, but when I do, they’re like this. Get called childish and I’m like.. it’s almost as if… it’s a neurodevelopmental disability!
