Okay👀… If you’ve been around for a while you know I’ve done the same curls for years. You know that saying “don’t fix what’s not broken”? Well I decided to try something new… WAVES! I mean why not I do teach you hairstyles so trying this seemed like the way to go… I got this tool off Amazon, since I’m so new to this “waves” concept I didn’t think of barrel size or anything like that. Right off the bat I realized I need this thing to HEAT UP HIGH to even make a dent on my super flat hair… adding any curling products is not my thing because I feel A. My hair gets sticky and yucky and B. I’ve been able to keep curls for days nor problem over the years with the exact products I used here. It DRIES up your hair, and I mean sucks the life right out of it🙈 I did so much oil to heat protect and then I needed so much more to bring back hydration into it it was not even funny. The waves started to fade almost right away… I mean you will see what I mean in the videos to come 🤪 Do I recommend it? Only if you have thick hair that molds easily and you plan on having those waves for an hour or so.🙈 Full disclosure I’m not a fan, I mean keeping this style would require heat over heat for days while you burn your hair to its death.💀 Have you tried a waver?
