Hey that’s actually not dandruff. That’s more like seborrheic dermatitis and I have that. Don’t scrub the scalp just use medicated shampoo like sulfur 8 and get oils off the scalp. You can cause further damage to the hair follicles during that.

Go to Amazon and buy this cream called Chinese herb cream. You have to put it on your scalp like you're greasing it. It comes in a black and yellow box. It's all in Chinese so you can't read it but I used it and I haven't had dandruff like that Since.

I have a herbal hair tonic here at my store that works well. you can also do a scalp detox on his hair using bentonite clay and apple cider vinegar, use a shampoo like ketavonozole, Nizoral or selsun blue the medicated one

I’d advise washing his hair at least weekly or every week & a half. Also diet is important so drink lots of water and less sugar & diary. Lastly find products that works with him, I used the Sulphur 8 on my bf hair and products & shampoos from AfricanPride!
