I Actually make this same cake, but no water. Instead of the water I use a can of pumpkin and make a pumpkin dump cake. And then I make vanilla icing or use a can of vanilla icing and melt a little to pour over top. So good.

I just made a bundt cake and while it was delicious I do think your idea of simple syrup and wrapping it would have made it better. Will definitely do this next time. Thanks for sharing!

I’m a foster at NBC they blend the white chocolate chips in a food processor before adding them in !! They use hersheys chocolate chips I believe 😊🫶🏻
