@2glutenfreemichigangirls: One of my students happens to be gluten free as well and her mom found this amazing bakery out in Plymouth, Michigan called @ThatCookieStorePlymouth and they make a delicious gluten free cookie! The parent even made sure I wouldn’t have a risk of cross contamination. Let me tell you, this cookie was so freaking delicious… I’m not even mad that I consumed it before my weigh in for my weight loss challenge!
