I used to train at the wXw wrestling academy, that he was head coach of, before signing with WWE. He opened us the door on the day of our tryout and showed us around. We were definitely intimidated by his aura, but he can actually be very chilled, once you kinda broke the ice with him. You just had to show him that you respect the business and are willing to work hard.

I met his wife Jinny back in 2018 and she is such a sweetheart so i can't imagine how nice Gunther must be! I've met a lot of wrestlers and she is one of the ones that sticks out the most.
