I understand we eat chicken with bones in it but the bones and fish are small and annoying. I just rather not deal with them, but that looks delicious. Wish we could catch them up where I’m from.

I am so annoyed that my local pond removed all of the catfish and crappie and replaced them with bass because “no one wants catfish” even though everyone in my home town loves them

One trick for fry them we do in south LA is to score the fish about every inch or so so that more batter and seasoning get in and then you can pull the chunks of meat off easier
