Honestly I understand OP but at the same time this comment section is viewing this situation in a very immature way. I think she battled with her immature side that wants the risky guy and her mature self who wants stability and love that’ll stand the test of time. She had moment of weakness do I think she should’ve communicated that with her partner yes especially after his passing when everything resurfaced. But I don’t think she should’ve communicated be judged for being human. And there’s nothing wrong with a pros and cons list

"settled" means settled. saying you settled is one of the most hurtful things you can say. It means they're less than you or less than who you actually wanted. I can never imagine saying that about someone and I've had some rough relationships.

Why people are so angry? She chosed him. She commited to him. She is loyal to him. She loves him & not settling for unstability. Marriage is not all about love, its commitment & stability. You dont divorce because you dont feel sparks & bored with spouse.
