@paleyfit: Important notes on pelvic floor training: 🔻 If you want to strengthen your pelvic floor, training the pelvic floor alone is not enough. It’s also essential to work on your hips, spine, abdominal muscles, and breathing — creating coordinated movement throughout the whole body. 🔻 Strengthening the pelvic floor is important, but learning to relax it is even more crucial. Burning sensations, pain during intimacy, or the feeling of incomplete emptying of the bladder or bowels can be signs of pelvic floor overactivity. This can often be addressed through proper breathing, hip opening, and in some cases, perineal massage. 🔻 Vaginal trainers are not always necessary to strengthen the pelvic floor. If your symptoms are in stages 1–2, and your training system includes full-body integration — you may not need them at all. In other words — it’s not just about Kegels.
