That’s so beautiful! I am on week 3 of a fifth metatarsal fracture. It’s hard but I also try to see this as a possibility to slow down und to reinvent some things. 💙

I run everyday not necessarily to stay in shape but as a coping mechanism for depression and stress. I have a lot going on in my life and running is the only thing makes me happy. It’s only like day four of not running and I’m super depressed and I don’t know what to do.

I’ve been injured since February myself, I had tears on both sides of my ligaments and a fracture on my ankle, which then two months later during recovery and after being ignored by doctors I was still in pain, I’ve now found out I’ve a stress fracture on the bone. It’s been tough losing my job too and my future seems so unclear but can only take it one day at a time. Best of luck with recovery!
