I just did my first order lol and just saw your video lol . You know you can click on the app settings and change the language to English and location to Australia too, but the specials that come in the messages or any messages are not in English lol , but 99 percent of it is . It also adds on taxes to the prices in the cart and at the end adds GST and a service fee of $1-$2 . The specials page doesn’t appear in eglish . I’m gng to go find my PIN code . I didn’t find the PIN code thing. I also found the exchange rate is like $1 more than the actual rate on XE, but omg it’s so cheap!! I love it lol I’m gng to go try find my pin code thing for pick up as i didn’t pay any attention seeing a pin code ! You video is great btw

You use an agent because Taobao items can have massive flaws, the agents help sending images of your purchased items for you to review and accept/decline. It saves people from wasting time, sometimes parcels from Taobao can take months to AUS
