porter was cleared by police, there was also no gag orders. porter also sent out two emails about him being missing and to go to the police with info about him being missing to the staff, he also was working for himself and voluntarily left six months prior, also two old coworkers ARE quite literally responsible for finding the hole in the roof in the first place
