I can’t imagine doing this every day with braces. I just let my dentist do the work and clean it every month when my braces gets adjusted.

i floss 2 times a day and brush 4 times a day and still got cavities😭. but weirdly my teeth is squeaky clean tho.. weird

I have a chronic nerve pain condition called trigeminal neuralgia and I can't even use an electric toothbrush never mind a water flosser. Also flossing sets my pain off too.
