EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprogramming) it’s mostly used for PTSD. You sit in a sterile environment (office) follow a light with your eyeballs while calm & non stressed. While telling/reliving that bad experience. Takes a few times per bad instance. It removes the stress of the memory. Helped my combat PTSD IMMENSELY!!! 🔥🇺🇸👏🏼❤️🦅🫡

I almost died from sepsis and I cannot recall almost 18 months of my life but now my intuition is so spot on about almost everything. I even had my husband turn the car around and go home because I knew there was going to be a bad weather related accident. A few minutes later a 15 car pile up happened less than a mile from where we turned around. I never ignore it. even if it doesn't make sense.

My husband is a retired police officer and his six sense told him to stay. Had he not two rookie officers would have died as their guns jammed after the suspect fired and my husband had to shoot.

Trauma has a way of ripping the veil to the other side. Once ripped, it’s not reparable. He can do things to stop it if he wants. Some spirits just want acknowledgement.

My dad was a Detroit police officer for 20+ years. He always had a knack for predicting shoot outs before they happened. Some gang members reported once that they didn't shoot him because they saw he had a golden shield around him. I believe all these stories for sure.
