For anyone not understanding why women in the comments are mad: it’s proven that men’s issues get more funding than (even way more serious) women’s issues. And it’s not because scientists who study women’s issues don’t apply for funding, it’s actually because they are just not accepting those applications. We are allowed to be mad about that. And men, you are allowed to be both happy for yourself and sad for us. But it’s not fair to just be happy for yourself and mad about us not just being happy for you. And please understand we are mad at the system that allows this, not directly at you. Unless you are not seeing/recognising our struggle and willing to help change the system. Then we are absolutely allowed to be directly mad at you as well.
