different state has different market though, saturation for certain cars in each state dictates prices. if there's too many cars in NSW for examples people will start dropping prices. not alot in VIC for example will keep prices high because of limitation of choice

What has your offer got to do with him having a license or getting the car to you? And prices vary state to state. Changing registration to a new state can be expensive. Dealers can compare interstate because they leave it unregistered. Buy has to pay Rego and duties

Every state has different market price. Like in SA the market price is higher than NSW. due to not much of competition in SA. and not all cars are of the same quality spec if you compare just 1 .
