I’ve lived in that community for most of my life and I worked for that municipality. They have signs all over that area two weeks prior to the event telling people that the road will be closed that day. She was well informed when she parked her car.

she was boxed into her driveway by those people going to the fair but she could have moved her car down the road but honestly probably shouldn't cause a lot of people break into vehicles around fairs, hmm the cop could have also offered a ride to her job as well
