Oooo this is interesting, i'm switching from tube pumps to the omnipod and am nervous about basically having a pump on me 24/7, i didn't think of what it's like for the opposite switch!!

However, for an athlete, a tandem mobi plus is a great solution because when you exercise intensively, you can disconnect it, which is not possible with an omnipod.

Couldn’t agree with you more! I went from tubing to omnipod and I’m sorry but I can’t go back… how many times I caught that tubing on a dam door handle ☠️

That’s interesting, I love my mobi and couldn’t imagine always being tethered to a patch pump. There’s a lot more freedom with wearing my pump.

My insurance won’t cover Omnipod, so I am currently on mobi. So when I go to the beach, I actually go MDI while I’m on vacation.

I had a tube pump in high school and absolutely hated it. Aside from the fact that I didn’t have ins for most of my 20s, I just haven’t gone back to a pump bc of the tube… hate hate hate

This is interesting. I have always chosen a pump with tubing (Tslim mainly) as I like being able to move it around and put it where I want. Probably easier as a female as I just tuck it into my bra most the time
