PLEASE never ever kiss or intrude on a sleeping dog .. the startle reflex may cause an injury to you so please do reconsider your behaviours that may cause an incident and he will be blamed. No one likes being disturbed when in a deep sleep and it is very dangerous to do that to a dog. Thank you

Just FYI you shouldn’t kiss dogs on the face when they are sleeping or resting and are unaware. ESPECIALLY if they’re newly adopted dogs that you just don’t know well. I don’t even touch my dog if he’s having a nightmare to wake him up. I call out from across the room. Please respect their teeth. Its not just your face in danger its the DOGS LIFE in danger if an accident happens.

I loved watching my former stray dog sleep. But he also did bite me in the face when I kissed him when he was sleeping once 😅 never did that again lol

I can confirm this. My rescued bully mix that I rescued from the streets, also slept a lot during the first few weeks. Glad he found you 🫶🏼
