new hires, especially autistic new hires - remember if anyone at your new job does this, whether you notice or dont, just carry on doing what they tell you and if they finally confront you about it, whether you knew or not, you smile politely and remind them 'Im still getting paid full time 🙂'. Own it and dont let them bring you down, hazing is just time where you still get paid for doing less work than the people hazing you 😂

My bf is a chef and told one of the dishies that was helping them make meringues that the mixture didn’t have enough air and he had to go outside and catch some air in a bag (you need to keep mixing it to get it lighter) so he did go and “catch air” while they kept mixing. Came back in, told him he didn’t get enough and to try jumping higher.. so he did. They finished mixing and told him he got enough air

We told a new hire to color change the lights in the front of our JitB, the son of a ***** figured out how to do it, and they went from jack red lights to sad christmas green. Years later, its still green. 😅 Must be a remote in the crawl space. Missed me with going to look. 😂

Bruhh when i was a new hire my manager told me to get the cleaning supplies from the basement. I was back there for 15 minutes looking for this “basement” and when i came back up i was like i can’t find it and everybody started laughing and my manger said she forgot she sent me back there😭😭
