Have you tried a curl diffuser? I also I have been using Lottabody Coconut Oil and Shea Wrap Me Foaming Curl Mousse from Amazon and it works well! As far as hair type no clue tho.

Definitely start deep conditioning and oiling hair with rosemary/castor oil before wash days, and I would add protein to your hair routine (I use the pattern protein mask)

Hi Emma ! One you’re beautiful, two, our hair is pretty similar and I’ve tried a lot of curly girl methods. What’s worked best for me is washing infrequently - my hair loves its own oil. Dry shampoo is my bestie, and using a shampoo and conditioner that’s not too harsh but also not super marketed toward curls because I’ve pt.1

i like to use argon oil on my mid lengths and ends also try to remove all excess water before using conditioner and let it sit for as long as you can, even leave some in if you want :) i hope this was helpful we have similar hair

Invest in a curly hair shampoo and conditioner if you haven’t already, and see if that brings out more curls and makes the ends wavier. I recommend either shea moisture or carols daughter. After I wash my hair, I use carols daughter curl repair cream and/or leave in conditioner (shea moisture). The shampoo and conditioner should help keep your hair a bit more tame over time, even without product. Even though I do love how your hair looks naturally like that. I also recommend wetting and brushing it every morning!!

your hair is beautiful!! i would try using some light weight products so it doesn’t weigh your curls down too much, and i would also get a few layers on the top of your head because your curls are a little weighed down!!! beautiful hair
