Routine and consitency is key too, don’t be trying all kinds of new exercises every week just bc tik tok told you to. Stick to what works and do it over and over again, can get boring but results will be consistent 👏🏼

Ladies let’s be all the way honest …. we are good. I see most women at the gym with proper form and getting it done right. The dudes on the other hand … need the advice, we good. Too many dudes ego lifting. Go talk to the dudes and let us workout. If you see someone IRL with bad form offer to help in the moment.
