It’s been 6 months since I started strength training, and here’s where I’m at: • Hip thrust – 140 kg • Leg press – 160 kg • Romanian deadlift – 70 kg • Bulgarian split squats – 30 kg • Hyperextensions – 15 kg • Lat pulldown – 41 kg • Seated cable row – 41 kg • Dumbbell bench press – 12.5 kg (each) • Pull-ups – bodyweight I train without a coach — just a solid online program and a lot of time spent learning proper form from different experts (everyone has their own valuable insights!). Started with the lightest weights and never rushed the numbers. Strength training taught me that ego has no place in progress — consistency and patience are everything. The toughest part?
