Pearl seems to mean well but is wrong. Andrew seems to be closer to right but there is a darkness there. Pearl is right, though, you can't force loyalty from control. People need to learn how to actually love each other and create soul bonds. Traditional family values nurtures this but if it's only the appearance and rules, the substance is gone.
