Go up one size. Mine is too small and cut into my under arms. Was not very sturdy either. Will try to give it away. Will not reorder.

Strengthen your muscles. The key to a strong back is strong abs. This is harmful in the long run as your muscles will atrophy, especially in older age. Be careful.
