one fun one that was introduced in my current game was 4d6dl x6. but then the players all agreed which persons set everyone would use. it means no player fundamentally has much stronger or weaker base stats than anyone else

DnD has enough math my guy why you do this 🤣. I’m a 4d6 reroll 1’s and 2’s and take the higher 3. I like high stats, more fun encounters and puzzles.

For a higher level campaign I’ve been running 4d6 drop lowest, but every time you level you gain a +1 to a stat of your choice.

2 x 3d6 2 x 4d6 keep 3 highest 2 x 6d6 keep 3 highest total of all final stats should be above 70 2, more than likely low, mid, and high stats, unless you're extremely lucky
