@void.vfxed: TAP IN TO THE HYPERTHROPHY PILL You don’t have to say you train like an idiot. Trust us, we know. First of all, no one is telling you to go do three rep sets. We’re just saying that if you end up doing a set of three, whether you overshot or aimed for it, it still counts as a hypertrophic set. And if people are saying to do three rep sets, that’s just them misunderstanding and wrongfully regurgitating what they think they heard. You can build a physique doing drop sets, supersets, partial reps, and four sets per exercise, but that’s not the point. The point isn’t whether you can grow from high volume, but whether it’s the best way to grow. If your tank is empty and there’s a gas station five minutes away and another twenty minutes away, you’re going to the closer one because it makes sense. And to everyone pushing the idea that we don’t train hard, that’s complete bullshit. We push every set to the limit. i actually go 2 sets to failure, but i warm-up and stretch for like 30mins because i literally go ultra heavy with good negative targeting 6-8 reps with %85 of my ORM.
