Dollar Tree Buckeye Brownie Cookies (makes 8) Ingredients: 1 box chocolate cake mix (15.25 oz) ½ cup oil ½ cup unsweetened applesauce (1 single-serve cup) 1 (10 oz) jar creamy peanut butter ½ small tub vanilla frosting chocolate bar (milk or semi-sweet) Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, oil, and applesauce until a dough forms. Cover and refrigerate for 1–2 hours. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions, roll into balls, and flatten the tops slightly. Bake at 350°F for 14 minutes. Let cool completely.
