It means it wasn't a scheduled flight. Usually when a plane is hired for pvt purposes, it returns to its base with no passangers. The lucky ones can book it and you can be the only passenger. My husband once flew to Ethiopia and there were 3 other passengers in the plane.

funny enough most of those claiming to never fly with Air Zim have never been inside flight at all.I can say péople avoid Air Zimbabwe because of being expensive and go for cheaper flights

2018 they cancelled my flight 5hours before check in & I had an appointment the next morning. Said they’d refund, never did. I had to take the chicken bus during the night . Once bitten twice shy

Zim companies have to revise strategy e.g Hre - VFA is 300usd (return) 1 passenger against maybe 150usd (return) getting 40 passengers (or so) which is better?? we glorify flying so much that we make it to be an elite thing rather than just being a mode of transport
