from work ,many years at nurse in homeservice and allso in servicehouses. erconomic is sometimes like joke,too little space, rush, no help in suddent situations etc. been of work in 2022 7 months ,now in 2024-25 8 months. still my arm don't move right, not to the up ,only to armpit level. pain and feels like it is wollen ..troubles in dailylifes

I Have myofascial pain syndrome. My traps and scapula are in a full on flare up. This was do to a procedure done on my left side. Perfect storm for inflammation

got it from taking care of my baby. unfortunately can't take the break from doing stuff because I have to take care of my baby. I also have tendinosis in the bursitis shoulder and tendinosis of 2 tendons in the other shoulder.

I had an accident at work. I fell & smashed my shoulder against the brick wall. The cortisone injection I had a few weeks ago didn't work.
