Then there’s no point to no contact because they get what they want. To use you, discard you then be happy you left them alone. Deleted him everywhere. He can be happy. I can have peace knowing I’m good enough. He wasn’t! Just looked to blame me when he never loved me!

No that’s not true, they go silent because 1. Your emotions are overwhelming and they don’t know how to handle it since their emotions as soooo suppressed 2. they don’t know how to corregulate 3. They don’t know how to manage conflicts (defensive) 4. They don’t know what to say or how to even communicate it. While it’s not your job to stay, don’t demonize it if you don’t have adequate knowledge. Anxious is equally not ideal.

He’s texted me 3 times each saying something out of control. He wasn’t expecting me to go silent but for me to chase. He’s a fearful avoidant. He’s losing control. He asked for space and time. Multiple times saying he’s not putting us getting back together off the table
