I would be careful with this because spiking your blood sugar a lot can lead to a lot of issues. For me it caused stomach problems because it disrupts your migrating motor complex which is essentially the thing that gets waste out of your system. Transitioning from being a snacker to a meal person is hard but worth it! I’m not the biggest fan of three meals so sometimes i do 2 and a small snack!

Those snacks add up to a lot of calories. I prepare one 1000 calorie meal per day. Eat 3/4 at first sitting, 1/4 several hours later. Then fast.

Depends on ones squedule. Nothing wrong with snacking! You're hitting your goal. I have a late breakfast before work, a yogurt or something when i have a minute, then dinner around 6 before the gym. My lunch is a snack technically.
