dude i cant even enter gold. teammates are the bane of my existence. i only play Tank or Heal but if your mates are bad you will still loose. you can cover a lot of ground as tank but its worthless if none of the 3 dps that were next to you when you started to push come with you

idk whats wrong is with matchmaking in this season but how can I get teammates 5 Times in row that dont know how to kill or play as dps, tank or healer and they obviously starts complaining about others.. enemy team is of course top tier players.. Me and bro was almost in diamond3 guess what.. we lost to gold2.. why? I.Don't.FU*.know. and yes we trying to switch roles if we not doing good on tank we switch for example for healer but rest of the team? "nah i'm doing 2/10 as punisher i'm doing great job" and of course then "WhERe'S mY hEaLs at"..
