I always leave my Stanley in the car because I don’t want to lug it around with my purse and everything else I have. So I love when a store has a water pitcher or dispenser available for customers!

I love when stores also have other local vendors - such as cards! It makes it so easy if whatever you are is buying is a gift or to pick up something else unique if you are visiting in town.

Seating for the dads / bfs that’s not directly in front of the dressing rooms - my dad always wants to sit when we bring him to girly stores but doesn’t want to feel weird sitting in front of the dressing rooms if we’re not trying stuff on lol

Not sure if it makes sense in your store, but I’m DYING to see a mini print vending machine in CLT!! Either feature local artists or have your designs!!

One thing that kinda annoys me is when stores close early, for example in Birkdale a lot of the stores close at 6/7 so most times if we are waiting for a table at a restaurant I can’t go shopping or I can’t go after dinner!

A boutique I love has a spinny wheel thing and you save a % or get a free (small) something! It’s so fun and instant. Also went to a happy hr last night and they had something similar!

I feel like I don’t see this as much anymore but punch cards/points rewards system! You get so many punches on a card or points from shopping there for a free or discounted item!
