I had the injection last year, and It actually helped so much! It’s the only thing that’s ever worked for me, I’ve had all sorts of meds from the doctors ect and it never worked!

Try not to rub it my son ended up with Chemosis eye due to hayfever so painful for him

both my sisters have hay fever so badly I only get it mildly! but they have both had that injection and it's amazing. takes a couple of days to kick in but it really is a god send xx

I lived on KFC when I was pregnant. That and tuna baguettes! Try rinsing your face with cold water every few hours. Vaseline around your nose. Also try a different hayfever tablet, I think there are a couple of types x
