1. Forgetting about it overnight while on the bulk fermentation step➡️over fermentation➡️Poor ability to proof➡️ flat, dense loaf 2. Trying to score warm dough instead of refrigerated dough. Literally so annoying and a mess. 3. Overworking the dough ➡️ random dense, chewy spots once cooked🥴 4. And in the same vein as number 3, folding the loaf too many times before putting it into the pan🫠 My BEST hack though has been cooking my bread in the oven with a baking tray of hot water on the oven rack below. This creates a steamy environment for the loaf to rise the way it should! #sourdough #baking #learning #bakingfailsandwins
