When you are selling a house you need to make it neutral. Possible buyers need to identify. By leaving up a flag you are making it personal- your choice- you’re trying to sell a house or an ideology?

No, you don’t. You need to adapt and take down the flag so you can sell it. You’re not selling a political ideology. You need to be neutral and not piss anybody off. This is just not the right advice.
