Exactly what happened to me good reviews but dug deeper and had one encounter with the manager and was rude as hell. Now locked into the lease and a weird rule about no backing into parking spots but almost impossible to get out of my spot with an suv parked behind me. Not sure if the shit is even legal 😂

Wrong. I often rent units without prospects seeing the unit. I have a modle unit they view. My units cannot be shown until they are ready. But my model unit looks like my units. We aren’t here lying to people. But I will evict someone for a vehicle being in unacceptable condition. That is a thing we do enforce.

One ridiculous rule I’ve seen is that some places prevent you from having visitors. Like how are you going to tell me who I can and can’t have over 🤣

my 1st apt didn’t let me see if before i moved in and i took pics & vids of it the day i moved in & thank god i did bc they tried to charge me for things that was broken/damaged alr when i left and they tried to argue w me till i emailed them the vids and they removed the charges.
