As a preschool teacher, kids get sand in their hair all the time I have parents that keep it in and their hair is fine. Been in childcare for 11 years never had a kid with ringworms from it

Is the sandbox covered at night? You shouldn’t have to worry about ringworm if it’s covered.

You take the braids out one by one and pull it out and then braid it back up if you want you could do it like that instead of taking everything down and they have to redo it
