I’m a vegan and I’m adding this to the list to try 😌 I hardly ever have/make tofu tacos but I use tofu in a lot of recipes!

I love tofu, make tacos and I also make sandwhich slices with it . I just crumble it up like ground meat or slice it think like lunch meat. It’s also super cheap!

Thank you for sharing, I get so nervous to make tofu. If you can share, do you dry the tofu with just paper towel or is it a cheese cloth? (I’ve never had a cheese cloth so I wasn’t sure 😅)
